• The Roadcam app is a Free app. Available for Android and iOS. You can playback, download and share the recorded videos on the app.
• Once the dashcam is controlled by the app, you need to disconnect the wifi first, then control the dashcam manually, if it is stuck, please try to restart the dash cam.
• For Any wifi or app issues, please be kind to let us know it.

• The dash cam supports 256GB Micro Sd Card Max. The memory card is NOT included in the packaging.
• If you need replace the sd card, Please use the Class 10, U3 High-Speed Micro-SD Card for 4K Video, which are made for 4K high-end dashcam. Please DON’T USE any “SanDisk Ultra” or "Generic Class 10 for HD Video" Cards from third-party sellers.
• Please formate the sd card when first use, If you have any sd card issues, please let us know it.
• The emergency recorded video is the protected video, need delete it manually. If the sd card get full quickly, please adjust the level of the gravity sensor as "LOW" or "Medium"

• You can choose to turn off the inside dash cam, it will not influence the resolution of the front camera.
• 3 Options for dash cam display: 4K(Front Only), 4K(Front)+1080P(Inside), 2K(Front)+1080P(Inside)
• The dash cam will suitable for the most 12V car types, Not suitable for Trucks (24V)
• If the dash cam turn on/off frequently, please check the connection of power supply or replace a Class 10, U3 High-Speed Micro-SD Card.
