I want to use the 24/7 Parking monitor function, should we buy a separate hardwire kit ?

Yes, the hardwire kit is not included in this dash cam product. You need to purchase an additional hardwire kit ( (Asin：B0BG5DM5CL) . It enables the activation of a 24/7 parking monitor and time-lapse function.

Do I need to format the SD card immediately after receiving the product?

Our SD cards have been formatted before leaving the factory. If there is no formatting prompt when you turn on the dashcam, you can use it directly. However, when using other new SD cards, they need to be formatted before use.

How do I format the SD card?

1. You can find the format option in the dash cam settings and the APP settings

2. After inserting a new SD card, the dash cam will prompt that the SD card needs to be formatted before use. Select confirm to complete the format
